MADE TO ORDER - All products from My Heavenly Hugger are custom and made-to-order. Once an order is placed, we will reach out to you by email within 5 business days to confirm your color choice with an image of the actual yarn that will be used to make your order. Once you have confirmed your choice, Deb will make your order and ship it to you as soon as possible!  

Please note shipping times may vary and we will communicate with you at every stage of the process! For example, if we need to place an order of yarn for your specified color choice or a custom color order, we will confirm with you. You could choose to switch to a different color if you want your order faster. We'll let you know when the yarn has arrived, when your order is being made, shipped, etc. You can reach us by email at any time regarding your order status and we will respond typically within 48hrs.
